About Your Role:
Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and excellent patient communications. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Assisting the Business Development Manager, clinical team, and practice with various administrative tasks.
- Diary Management: Efficiently scheduling and preparing appointments, with a keen eye on follow-up treatment planning
- Photography: Show us what you know. Tips and tricks to using both iphone and/or SLR camera.
- Digital Management: Maintaining and updating digital planning boards, along with handling monthly reporting for the marketing department. Experience with CRM software would be advantageous.
- Social Media Assistance: Assisting with managing our presence on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Marketing Coordination: Creating digital content, ie blogs, emails and landing pages. An understanding of websites would be great! Overseeing branding materials and their distribution to ensure consistency.
- Effective Communication: Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media while ensuring seamless internal communication across departments.
.Additionally, you may be called upon to assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

- Meet KPIs: You'll be expected to meet the Key Performance Indicators set for this position and provide weekly reports and update on the success of this new role to ensure excellence.
- Confidentiality: A commitment to maintaining patient information and medical history in strict confidence and compliance.
- Organisational and Time Management Skills: Efficiency in completing administration tasks, including invoices and filing, to uphold accurate financial records.
