An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team. This office based role is located at our Canning Vale corporate office and works Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail orientated marketing allrounder, someone who is eager to develop their marketing and communications experience while working in a fast-paced & ever changing environment.
You will perform various duties which will include
- Managing the marketing inbox and Ticket request system
- Responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining marketing databases and documentation, ensuring all materials are up to date and easily accessible.
- Updating the master stock product catalogue for our Ecommerce platform
- Manage the stocktake of merchandise and print material for all businesses
- Communicate to suppliers and order uniforms, business cards, equipment stickers and other merchandise items
- Assisting in the distribution of marketing materials, both digital and print
- Providing assistance in gathering data and reporting from platforms. Coordinating marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- General administration support including scheduling meetings, minute taking and handling correspondence
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have:
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential
- Previous experience working with marketing and design tools including Canva, CRM, CMS & Digital Marketing systems
- The ability to be a self-starter who takes initiative with the confidence to keep things moving
- Be able to operate and use Canon, GoPro or Nikon Camera's and use gimbal attachments
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Resilience, patience with a friendly and calm personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- The ability to engage with stakeholders from all levels of the business.
