About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a friendly team on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days) in a varied role that will utilise your administration skills.
Duties
- Opening files
- Assisting the preparation of documents and general correspondence
- General requirements including telephones, incoming and outgoing mail and filing
- Client reporting
- Assisting with diary management and email management
- Organising team events.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant in a law firm will be highly regarded
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong, professional team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge.
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills.
