Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to mould inspection and remediation services. The Call Centre Representative will also assist in scheduling appointments, providing information about our services, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about mould inspection, remediation, and prevention services.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and confirm service details.
- Handling customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Recording customer information, service details, and interactions in the company database.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assisting in maintaining call centre performance metrics, such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- General administration duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using call centre software and computer applications are beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of mould inspection, remediation, or related services is a plus however, all training will be provided.
- Keen attention to detail
