Position Title: Administration Assistant (Admin Superstar!)

Position Summary:
The Admin Superstar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, as well as assisting with and being responsible for various administrative tasks. This role is as vital part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Vehicle Registrations & Deal Processing
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the office calendar as needed.
- Assist other departments with various tasks and projects as requested.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, adhering to the company's dress code policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
