Accounting Practice requires Office Admin person to work part time 2-3 days per week in a job share arrangement and also be available to work 5 days on occasion.
The position duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Answering telephone
- Managing appointment calendar
- Scanning documents
- Managing ATO & ASIC communications
- Maintaining client files in One Drive
- Preparing client information in accounting software
- Other adhoc duties as required
The successful applicant will be required to work in a small office team, be respectful to clients and other team members.
