We are currently recruiting for a Rostering and Admin Team Leader in the Brisbane CBD area.
Overview
- Full- time, Mon- Fri.
- Office based role, working at the head office in the CBD area of Brisbane.
- Salary $36ph - $40ph depending on experience.

- Reporting to the Community Services Manager & partnering with the Care Coordinators.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader for the Rostering, Scheduling & Admin unit within the Community Care businesses of 140+ staff.
Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Lead the entire team in a manner that ensures excellent customer service standards and making sure that agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Scehedule client services in a way that optimises the time availability of staff.
- Roster staff to services within their availability, managing roster changes while seeking compromises and time allocation efficiently.
- Oversee administration services.
- Reporting to the Community Services Manager, & partnering with the Care Coordinators
Requirements:
- Experienced Team Leader for Rostering, Scheduling & Admin team
- Demonstrated experience in Rostering & scheduling
- Experience in Aged Care/Community Care
- Temperament for working under of pressure
- Proactive problem-solving abilities & attention to detail
- Sensitivity to a culturally diverse workplace
- Experience with Home Care Packages (& CHSP) ideal
