Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide Admin support to the program including preparing applications.
- Maintain required spreadsheets, office management systems and file registers.
- Maintain data and statistics and produce relevant, accurate and timely reports.
- Collate and record timesheets and submit for processing by Payroll each fortnight.
- Assist with site events, forums and meetings including catering arrangements.
We offer a hybrid (WFH) and flexible work environment and can set you up to work remotely for up to 4 days per week, with at least one day based in our Broadmeadows office in Camp Road.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
About You
You are an experienced administrator with sound computer skills who knows your way around Excel and timesheets. You are confident with data management processes, and you take pride in your exceptional attention to detail and speed.
You will also bring eexperience in planning and organisation of events, the ability to communicate with range of stakeholders, and a track record in preparing reports and maintaining concise records.
