DMP are currently seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to work closely with Directors, lead our Admin Team and support clinical staff on a permanent part time basis. Hours Flexible and negotiable.
Role Description:
- Oversight of daily operations
- Assist Directors in daily communications, tasks and systems management
- Coordinate clinical and Admin Team rosters
- Systems Management
- Cultivate a collaborative and team-focused culture
- Lead and manage the Admin Team and empower clinical teams
- Contribute to all aspects of the clinic including filling in for Admin Team as required
- Pricing, Billing, Monthly reporting, KPI's etc.
- Liaising with Management team
- Liaising with our broader referral and community networks
This role will not require you to complete these tasks:
- Marketing
- Payroll
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills and expertise in the following:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, data entry, etc.)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
- Team player with a positive attitude, and developed people management skills
Desirable but non-essential:
- Previous experience in an Allied Health setting working with a range of clientele (Medicare, Private Health, NIDS, My Aged Care)
- Previous experience supervising a small team.
- Familiarity with Nookal (Practice management software)
- Diploma in Leadership & Management/Human Resources or similar.
