Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Mt Barker, Adelaide Hills, South Australia

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of mortgage brokers.
• Efficiently manage and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in the preparation of loan applications, supporting documents, and other paperwork.
• Maintain databases and records with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
• Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Undertake general office duties.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
