We are searching for a friendly and organised person with good communication skills.
The right candidate will have an excellent phone manner and the ability to work both in a team environment and individually.
Monday to Friday 9 am – 3 pm
Tasks and responsibilities include.
- Answering incoming customer calls and making out-going calls.
- Maintaining customer records in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining professional relationships with existing clients.
- Taking and relaying messages.
- Handling customer inquiries.
- Responding to emails daily.
- General administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in the garage door industry would be beneficial.
- Experience with Quickbooks and Thryv would be beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Time management and organisational skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and priorities workloads.
