An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large State Government department as an A03 Client Service Officer on a temporary assignment until May 2024.About the Role:
- Provide accurate information, advice and service delivery to stakeholders of Queensland’s
- Undertake a range of activities to support programs including marketing programs and services, conducting stakeholder and participant interviews.
- Provide a range of administrative and support services including use of department information technology systems, equipment, and software applications
- Assist with the monitoring of projects, programs, processes and activities, including undertaking basic research and analysis of projects
- Identify opportunities to improve existing work instructions, processes and procedures
- Ideally previous Government Administration experience.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Exceptional time management.
- Ability to engage with, manage, and influence stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills including Outlook.
- ASAP start pending police clearance.
- Temporary assignment until May 2024.
- Full time hours Monday Friday.
- Rockhampton Location
- $44.04 per hour + Super
