Reporting to our Office Manager, this is an opportunity to show your initiative across a broad range of tasks. The role will suit a candidate with prior clerical accounting experience. It requires someone with a 'can do' attitude, who enjoys a good team dynamic.
Duties will include:
• Receive and deal with telephone calls and emails and from customers
• Deal with customer queries and problem solve
• Prompt and efficient process of sales orders
• Liaise with dispatch to ensure correct dispatch of orders
• Support testing team call line with functional testing queries
• Liaising with other areas of the business e.g. Sales, Marketing & Tech Support
• Back up for clerical accounting tasks, accounts receivable, debtors following and opening accounts
Personal attributes vital to secure an interview for this position and the role include:
- At least 1-2 years customer service experience
- Great communications skills
- Must have Microsoft office experience, Outlook Word and Excel.
- Be system oriented
- Enjoy working in a team environment
