Air Diffusion Agencies is a large South Australian wholesaler and manufacturer of Air Conditioning products with ten locations around Australia.
We are seeking an Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to online content, assisting with the creation of digital and printed assets, and maintaining inventory and pricing in our ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and product photography for online content
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency in pricing files in line with business objectives, requirements and deadlines
- Assisting in the development of printed and digital assets
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and navigate various digital tools and software
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or eCommerce platforms for managing online content
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Adobe products, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
