This role provides important administration support across the business including general administration, human resources recruitment and onboarding, operational support and a first point of contact for the business. This role is based in our South Perth office.Key Responsibilities Assist with general administration duties First point of contact for the business, answering incoming calls and redirecting as required Assist Human Resources and Business Unit Coordinators with employee recruitment, employee onboarding, maintenance of tickets, inductions & qualifications Assist business units with labour and resource planning Assist business units and coordinate site entry and accommodation documentation Assist HSEQ Coordinator with administrative works Assist all business units with operational and administrative duties. This role would suit an individual with: Proven track record in a similar role Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills Other Abilities: Excellent communication skills High attention to detail High level computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office.
