The position of Administration Assistant will be offered as a part time role 5 days per week with negotiable hours of 9am to 2pm (School Hours appropriate)
Requirements
- Previous administration experience will be looked upon favourably.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and autonomously with little supervision when required.
- The ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work effectively, especially with different divisions and staff within the company requiring assistance with tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including customer service.
- Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a passion to learn.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain the reception by assisting with visitors and answering telephone and email queries, ordering of office supplies, booking in staff training and events, office preparation of meetings and all other general administration, and office upkeep tasks as required.
- Excellent document control skills, including typing and formatting documents, scanning and filing, whilst following the correct file structures.
