About the role
We are seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. The position is full time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday and is based out of our Kewdale workshop. We require an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our fast paced, customer focused and tight knit office environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and great all customers, visitors, delivery drivers and suppliers.
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to relevant departments.
- Data entry, inputting jobs, preparing paperwork for the workshop staff & all outgoing deliveries.
- Process EFTPOS payments.
- Assist in maintaining office amenities and stationary etc.
- General administrative duties.
- Supporting management and operations.
Skills and experience
- 1 year+ of Receptionist/Administration experience.
- Excellent people skills to ensure a focus on customer service.
- Sufficient experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and to keep track of individual projects.
