Provide administrative support to support the daily operations of both Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country.
Your day to day:
- General office duties i.e. filing, photocopying, scanning and written communication, telephone enquiries, taking messages and other administration duties as required
- Complete all PR's, maintaining and monitoring the monthly expenses
- Assist with End Of Month accounts, reporting and Capital Expenditure
- Assist with team member enquiries including taking sick calls and replacing the necessary shift
- Maintain team member dossiers, both physical and computerised records
- Coordinate training courses based on qualification expiration
- Daily operation of staff services - uniform issuing/guest passes/stock control - liaising with Executive Assistant
- Coordinate the completion of performance reviews, pay and ensure correct forms/spreadsheets are completed within correct timeframe
- Assist with recruitment process paperwork liaising with People & Culture
- Update suitable / light duties list and advise WFP
- Previous administration experience is desirable
- Strong computer skills with competency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Sap knowledge is advantageous
- Kronos experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with an attention to detail
- Professional and friendly disposition
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
