Administration Assistant

• Salary Range: $65,932 - $66,717 depending on experience including Salary Packaging and Leave Loading

We are seeking 2 x Administration Assistants to join our team in Cockburn on a permanent full time basis

Reporting to the Senior Administration Assistant in the Business Service and Development Team – Clinical, you will work collaboratively with geographically based therapy and clinical teams to deliver quality customer service to achieve key performance indicators. The position will be based onsite, but with working from home flexibility and the infrequent requirement of travel to other sites.    

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar role providing administration and data entry duties
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
