ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
This varied role is ideal if you have administration experience and are looking for a new challenge or the perfect opportunity to kick start your administrative career in the Transport Industry.
Supporting our Administration team in Rockingham, this role will be varied and provide you with learning a broad range of skills across Projects, Compliance & Accounts.
We are committed to developing our team and enjoy seeing our people grow. As part of our friendly and collaborative Administration Support team you will be provided with full training and support.
This part-time position will commence with three (3) days a week initially, however as MDH Transport is a growing company, there will be future opportunities for full-time employment.
You will be responsible for:
- Data entry
- Electronic filing / scanning / document preparation
- Assistance with general administration duties
- Running errands
- Preparing coffee / tea for guests
- Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
- Ordering of office and kitchen supplies
To be considered you will ideally demonstrate:
- Excellent administration skills and confident handling a wide range of tasks and duties
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Driven and motivated approach to work
- Confident communication skills including phone and email correspondence
- Ability to work effectively as a part of broad team as well as independently
- Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for process improvement
- Eagerness to learn
