Administration Assistant to join our team in Geraldton, Western Australia on a part-time basis.This role is a residential role located in Geraldton, WA.As an
Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing comprehensive administrative support. The role is based at our Newhaul Geraldton Port and you will be responsible for assisting operations administration tasks, as well as supporting various additional administrative needs within the company.
Job Responsibilities- Raising Purchase Orders and Receipting using MEX system ensuring timely completion and accurate billing
- Accurate general data entry
- Uniform, Stationary and other adhoc orders as required
- Accurately updating training matrix and records for compliance audits.
- Other general office administration duties as, required
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be someone looking to build a career and they will flourish in a busy office environment where multi-tasking and prioritising tasks are key.With proven abilities in the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid problem solving skills.
- Ability to work within a team and also independently.
- Savvy computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
