ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We current have an opportunity for a professional Administrator to become a key member of our nursing administration support team on a fixed term contract until 4/12/2023 (minimum 22 hours per fortnight)
About the Role
As the Administration Assistant you will provide administration support to the Hospital Coordinators and Bed Managers. This will include assisting with the coordination of Agency staff, data entry, compiling of statistics, RosterOn and Trendcare maintenance and general reception duties.
This role will see you joining a small supportive team of professional administrators who continuously strive to provide excellent customer service.
This role will be working across a 7 day rotating roster.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a committed team player with strong problem-solving abilities. You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport with various types of clientele.
You will also demonstrate;
- Accurate data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Previous experience in hospital administration position
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using RosterOn and/or Trendcare desirable
