We are your proud Central Queensland Harley-Davidson Dealer. Harbour City Harley-Davidson has been Gladstone's local, sole Harley-Davidson Dealership for over 10 years. We specialise in engine builds and strive to provide a superior customer experience in every department. We are looking for a new team member to join our team in the Administration Department.
We are a small friendly team, and this is a great opportunity if you are looking for casual employment as part of a successful and growing business.
Please note this is will initially be a casual role for approximately 20 hours per week. We can offer flexibility with days and times.
Qualifications & experience
- Great Attitude and Work Ethic
- Tech Savvy & good understanding of Social Media tools
- Experience using XERO is preferred
- Experienced with Microsoft Platforms - Outlook, Excel, Work etc is essential
- Previous administrative experience in a high volume dealership is highly desirable
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- High level of accuracy and compliance
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to implement and follow due process and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising work quality
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Process purchases & Invoicing in XERO - Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Chasing up customer payments, sending reminders, managing aged debt
- Process Til Takings and complete banking
- Maintaining Social Media Pages
- Data entry of vehicle buying contracts
- Inbound and outbound calls from and to customers
- Contract Preparation and Registration compliance for deal packs
- Support vehicle tracking processes
- Maintain clean office environment
