Our client in Kings Meadows seeks an Administration Assistant on a full time basis to support their daily operations. Are you an administrator seeking a new opportunity, or have experience in customer service? We are open to applicants of all skills and levels and would consider a traineeship for the right candidate as well.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Process orders and provide quotes.
- Assist with goods handling and invoicing.
- Handle banking tasks and invoices.
- Support office functions during absences.
- Respond to emails and perform filing.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with WHS Policy.
- Assist with permit applications and inductions.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn an expand knowledge
