We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Compliance team at TassieCare Services. This role is integral to ensuring our organisation remains compliant with industry standards and regulations, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to support our compliance efforts.
The person we are seeking will have Advanced proficiency in the English language, encompassing a thorough understanding of grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and nuanced language usage.
This includes the ability to comprehend complex texts, express ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communication and interpret subtleties and nuances in language.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Reading incident reports and shift notes to establish reportable incidents.
- Generate and compile compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in compliance processes.
- Stay updated on changes to relevant regulations and ensure organisational compliance with NDIS and Child safety reporting obligations.
- Prepare for and participate in NDIS audits, including conducting internal audits and addressing potential risks.
- Provide support to the Compliance Officer in various compliance-related tasks and projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in compliance or a related field is preferred but not required.
