We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our boutique Allied Health Recruitment Agency.
We are a small, family-operated Allied Health Recruitment agency and are on the lookout for the perfect Administration Assistant to join our team. Based from our home office in Noosa with WFH options, you will have ample training and support to succeed and progress in your role. This role will suit someone who is both a team player and can work independently. This is a casual / part-time position and will benefit someone who is interested in basic administration as well as Human Resources, Business or Marketing.
Please note: there is the option to grow and develop within the business however we are really searching for a Tech-Savvy Administration Assistant.
About the role:
- Data entry and record keeping
- Formatting resumes
- Conducting reference checks via phone
- Correspondence via email with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders
- Posting job advertisements on relevant boards as well as regularly update our website
As you progress in your role:
- Write job advertisement and other forms of marketing
- Participate other supportive recruitment tasks such as Linked In
- Correspondence with candidates via phone
- Growth and development tailored to the individual
- Autonomously maintain relationships with our account managers on job boards
About you:
- Warm, friendly, and highly personable manner with a can-do attitude
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Suit (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Lives locally to Noosa
- Tech-Savvy with prior administration experience is essential
- Currently studying at University or has prior studies
- Experience with LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, and Database systems (eg, Turbo) is desirable
- Excellent written communication skill with a good phone manner
