We have a new opportunity to join our rapidly expanding business as our dedicated Executive and Administration Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to directly support BiORG's daily business operations.
This is a varied role so in addition to general administration, finance and recruitment support, you will play a pivotal role supporting our Chief Executive Officer as an Executive Assistant. This isn't about writing minutes of meetings - it's about supporting our brand, marketing and client out-reach!
Some of the role's responsibilities
- Recruitment support
- Process timesheets
- Book travel
- Create invoices
- Executive Assistant to CEO
- Create Social Media posts
- Keep website up-to-date
- Manage Executive calendars
- Internal company communication
- Employee onboarding and off boarding

We are flexible in about working hours and can support work around school times or study commitments (the role would be a great fit for someone with school-aged children or study at university). While we are open to remote, our preference is someone based in Adelaide and able to visit our office each week.
