Successful and Fast growing Footwear Importer selling to retailers across Australia and New Zealand is seeking a motivated mature individual who is looking to take on a casual role within our company. Permanent Casual/ Part Time required 3-4 days per week for Office Administration role, rate negotiable to the right candidate, Family orientated Team.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide Admin and Organisational support to the Sales team where required.
- Invoicing
- Checking Stock on Hand for forthcoming orders and preparing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Shopify Maintenance and fulfilling orders online.
- Dispatching orders and working with freight companies.
- Answering customer and retailer enquiries.
- Entering stock online and working with the program Solemate.
- Using MYOB on a daily basis
- Maintaining /Entering Customer information in Multiple programs.
- Any other office administration which arises as required
To Be Successful, you will have:
- Strong Communication Skills
- BE Proficient across All MS Office programs and MYOB.
- A Can - Do attitude and a proven ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced Administration role.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail , a good written and verbal communication skills are a preference.
- Experience with Solemate preferred however training will be provided.
- Experience with MYOB & Office a must.
- Some bookkeeping duties will be required - including Accounts Payable/Receivable
