Solo Resource Recovery is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste services throughout Australia. An opportunity has arisen for two experienced, full time Administration Clerks to join our team based in our offices in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC.
This roles offer a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Attending to incoming calls from customers, assisting with enquiries and booking services as required
- Liaising with Councils and Drivers, providing high level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- General administration duties
- Data entry
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Strong administration skills, including strong computer literacy;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
