About the rolePosition:
Administration and Invoicing ClerkLocation: West Melbourne, VICRole Type: Full Time
Duties:- Weekly invoicing for the Logistics division and pallet storage
- Invoicing of container hire/storage monthly
- Weekly and monthly reporting in line with client requirements
- Assist with invoicing and support the wider invoicing team
- Assisting with any other administration tasks as required by the Finance Manager
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
- Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
- Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
- Highly organised and eye for detail
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Experience in the Transport Industry and Maximas knowledge - preferred
