Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular routine administrative functions and provide general clerical support for the General Manager
- Accurately process supplier invoices in a timely manner and action accordingly
- Manage and ensure accurate customer data input into the sales CRM system
- Promptly and professionally answering incoming calls
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete general administration duties including but not limited to;
- Administrative duties for all other departments
- Management of our customer and contractor management systems
- Financial duties including Accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of a variety of reports for management
- Complete all administrational duties in relation to customer truck deliveries and accurately process invoices and purchase orders
- Create and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives
You will need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration
- Finance experience is an advantage
- Effective communication & organisational skills
- Pride in your work with an ability to work to targets and high standards
- Professional, reliable & friendly with high levels of motivation and a can-do, positive attitude
- Effective time management skills
- Reliable and good computer literacy
