Sharon is the director of both companies and would like this role to work closely with Sharon across all of her companies.
Responsibilities:
CRMS Management:
- Utilise Customer Relationship Management System for efficient communication and client relationship management.
Client Communications:
- Craft engaging and informative communication strategies for clients.
- Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication channels.
Website Management:
- Oversee and enhance the HydroKleen website for optimal user experience.
- Keep content up-to-date and reflective of the brand's values.
Resource Centres:
- Manage resource centres, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
- Develop and update resources for internal and external stakeholders.
Managing International Clientele:
- Communicating with International clients
- Coordinating Shipping and procurement details.
- Guaranteeing seamless transportation procedures.
Franchise Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for HydroKleen franchises.
- Ensure effective communication and support during transitions.
Quotes and Invoices:
- Handle quotes and invoices with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with relevant departments for accurate financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in communications, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Has knowledge in CRM's and website management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position
