We currently have a vacancy for an Admin & Customer Service Officer to join our growing and supportive team Kewdale, WA. This is a full-time position and requires someone who has a great work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop.
What you'll be doing- Processing customer orders
- Ensuring all orders delivered are supported by proof of delivery and entered into our system
- Responding to customer queries and requests
- Daily reconciliation and processing of invoice activities in a timely way
- Provision of customer reports
- Coordinating alternative transport for non DGL deliveries
- Checking and authenticating supplier invoices
- Daily reconciliation of interstate transport movements to ensure delivery timings meet contractual requirements.
- Data entry
- Housekeeping of site and surrounds
- Managing stock take activities and customer requirements
- Capturing customer feedback.
Here are the skills and qualifications you'll need to be considered for this role.
- 2+ years proven experience in a similar administration role within the 3PL/Logistics industry
- Commitment to Customer Service and delivery in full and on time (DIFOT)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume processing environment
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and individually to provide excellent Customer Service
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to comply with Company policies, procedures, and applicable legislative requirements.
Knowledge of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG) and/or Dangerous Goods Storage & Handling Regulations, as well as experience in working with inventory/warehouse management systems are desirable but not essential.
