The Position
We have an opportunity for an Administration & Customer Service Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Admin & Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for a range of administrative activities some of which will include the following:
- Providing frontline communication and support to external and internal customers via phone and email
- Responding to customer’s queries in a positive and professional manner
- Taking bookings and raising jobs for both internal and external customers
- Managing Purchase orders and ensuring vendor invoices are paid
- Invoicing customers on a daily bases
- Working with the team to ensure a smooth end of month close
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier and on-site personnel
- Experience in JDE, Coupa and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
