Administration Assistant

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – JOIN OUR TEAM!

Applications are welcome to join our small but busy Psychology practice in the above position.

We want the right person! So it’s ok with us if you’ve been out of the workforce for a while, or are looking for a new start. 

Hours will be Monday to Thursday, 9am to 12pm. 

You will:

• Be personable, professional and a team player
• Possess high level proficiency with Mac and Windows
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
• Have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal professionally with our referrers and empathically with our clients
• Approach the confidential nature of our practice with the utmost integrity
• Have strong attention to detail
• Enjoy flexibility in your work, and be adaptable in day to day tasks to support the Practice Owners in the running of the business. 

Interviews will take place on Monday 5th February, with a view to commence in February.
