About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to build your administrative and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Working within a large, dynamic team, you will be responsible for outbound calling customers to gain further information, and responding to email enquiries in a warm, timely manner, as well as supporting the team from an administrative perspective. You will provide high-level customer service to everyone you interact with and will place customer experience at the heart of all that you do.
About You
You will be an engaged, customer-focused individual who brings exceptional communication skills and a strong administrative skillset. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and engaging with customers to provide a high level of service. Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service roles (or in a call centre).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
