We are offering a Full time role, Monday to Friday, normal business hours, full time salary, paid weekly including all entitlements of annual leave, public holidays off, no weekend work required.

You will be working in a modern office, with great staff amenities, your own desk/workstation (no hot desking), with a small but awesome team of like minded Customer Service people, supported by a great hands on friendly manager (who by the way started out in the role but has progressed through our business to the Customer Service Manager role).

If you are Customer Service orientated and like the idea of being able to provide support to a group of regular clients who will get to know you, build rapport with, give them uncompromising service yet be the person they know they can trust and work with to help their businesses work with our business, then we want you in our team.

About you

As the ideal candidate, you will be highly organised, approachable and proactive, with exceptional time management skills. Your ability to understand the needs of the customer and your commitment to giving them uncompromising service will be the cornerstone to this role. You will present yourself with confidence and professionalism, backed up with experience in a similar role. This is a hands-on role with an emphasis on a high level of Customer Service and attention to detail.

What you will be doing

First and foremost you are there to support our long term and loyal customers, and help support and induct new customers into our business. 

Daily you will be …

  • Dealing with incoming client enquiries via phone and email
  • Problem solving to achieve prompt and sustainable resolution for related queries liaising effectively with the relevant operations and sales areas
  • Accurate data entry of new orders
  • Maintain excellent product and technical knowledge based on our in house training
  • Supporting our infield Business Development Managers
  • Build strong relationships with employees of Key Accounts
  • Perform general office duties

So, If you have previous experience in a similar role and effective MS Office computer skills then this could be the role for you. 

This is a full time role, based at our Stapylton (just behind Yatala) Manufacturing facility between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with office hours of 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

We have off street parking, a comfortable modern office with great amenities, and most importantly, a great team.
