Administration / Data Entry position

Temporary Data Entry role for up to 3 months, remuneration commensurate with experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person with a commitment to data accuracy, strong organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines while adapting to changing priorities. 

If you possess fast and accurate typing skills, are self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and have proven experience in Data Entry then this position will suit you.

Key duties will include:

• High-volume Data Entry ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Review data entries to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members to understand data requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Using Microsoft office suite and various Legal software

This role is office based, weekdays only, with up to 38 hours available each week. A friendly and flexible work environment awaits the successful applicant. We are located in the western suburbs, close to public transport and amenities.
