TWO DIFFERENT POSITIONS

We are looking for 2 amazing people to join our passionate store:

1. We need a Fresh Produce Superstar! Do you know your cucumber from your zucchini? Do you care about how your food is grown? Are you passionate about supporting local growers, sharing their food with the wider community? If so, we want to hear from you! Availability at least 4 days a week. Role will include stocking, ordering, customer service and communicating with suppliers daily. Our fresh produces department is growing and is always a busy place.
2. Retail Assistant. Do you love customer service? Talking with customers about food while serving them and getting to know our community? We want you! Keen eye for detail is a must and love keeping a tidy and clean environment.

ABOUT THE ROLES

• Both jobs are 4-5 days per week in our busy Organic and natural food store.
• They also include all aspects of life in a busy retail food store.
• Customer service and care, product handling and control.
• Team participation in the nicest way.
• Upkeep of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Strict adherence to Eumarrah policies, safe work practices, and waste reduction.
• Regular shifts Monday-Saturday, 5-8 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
• Casual pay rate for 12 months then option permanent part time.

• Experienced in providing great customer service.
• Good understanding of handling food items.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for presentation are essential.
• Well organised and proactive.
• Great team player, able to motivate and keep on task.
• Good time management, capable of handling competing priorities.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
• Friendly, ethical and respectable.
