With over 40 years experience in business we specialise in importing, wholesaling and retailing high end tiles and bathroom ware from Italy, Spain and Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking a fulltime Administrator to support our Wholesale & Accounts division Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm. This position is available due to internal promotion.
Key Responsibilities of the role are:
• Processing purchase orders from our Wholesale clients.
• Create and issue customers with invoices, credits, and account statements.
• Weekly and monthly sales reports to assist sales team.
• Complete daily filing of all customer orders and maintain and store all physical filing.
• Maintain social media presence and website.
• Assist the sales team by preparing sample orders and requests, and booking meetings in advance.
• Act as the go-to person for phone wholesale enquiries. This includes directing sales inquiries to sales staff, assisting customers with questions and account status, and providing information and paperwork for new stockists.
• Use accounting/inventory management software (MYOB) to generate invoices, statements, and credits, and allocate stock orders.
Ideally you will have:
• Previous experience with MYOB.
• Computer Literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
• A strong work ethic.
• Ability to establish strong work relationships and act as team player.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop a career in the industry.
