An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated HSEQ Coordinator / Project Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager and Project Managers, you will be involved in the day-to-day project admin and HSEQ duties across multiple Civil projects.
Working in a full-time capacity, the main duties will cover:
- General Administration to support Project management team
- Ensure company and project documentation meets requirements
- Document control & print and file construction plans
- Maintain and implement requirements in accordance with Quality Management Systems (AS/NZS ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (AS/NZS ISO 14001) and OH&S Management System (AS/NZS ISO 45001)
- Maintain, review and implement policies and procedures
- Undertake site inspections and audits as required
- Assist with the completion of tenders
- Work with construction project teams on site compliance
- Raise & process purchase orders and materials procurement
- Arrange DBYD and other authority requirements
- Process and file insurances along with other WHS/QA documents
- Set up and organise multiple Job folders including maintenance of our online site management software (Dashpivot)
- Other duties as required
Skills and Experience
- Construction Safety Induction White Card
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Experience with MS Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
