Haynes currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work alongside our client located in Moranbah.
Key responsibilities
- General administrative duties including drafting letters, filing, photocopying and data entry
- Assist in coordinating training requests, meetings, workshops and catering arrangements
- Provide confidential and high-level support to the Head of Department
- Ensure a high standard of service, confidentiality and professionalism
- Undertake any other duties as instructed
About the offer
- Short term contract projected to end May 2024, though has potential for extension
- Monday - Friday roster with option of full-time or part-time hours
- $46.19/hr flat rate
About You
- Previous Administration experience, ideally in a local government setting
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Qualifications in Business/Business Administration would be advantageous
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing, where necessary
