About the role:
Due to our continual growth, we seek an experienced and highly motivated Administer to join our team in the Labour Hire division!
The successful candidate will be chartered with the responsibility to maximise our productivity and utilisation in delivering customer initiated and maintenance Labour hire. You will be challenged to create effective work schedules whilst ensuring regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
The ability to work under pressure, use initiative when required, and possess a positive attitude are all necessary for this exciting role.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following;
- Assisted Scheduling - Labour requirements, scheduling labour & equipment, scheduling meetings;
- Site Mobilisation - Coordinate accommodation & travel, employee compliance including site specific inductions & training, site specific equipment compliance;
- Customer Relations – Positively engage with clients, manage workforce performance and customer concerns/complaints, recognise and pursue client needs and opportunities.
- Maintaining equipment and fleet register
- Teamwork – support the team and organisational goals
Essential Skills:
- Computer knowledge – Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and client management systems.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Shows Initiative and can work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work within a team.
- An assertive and persuasive speaker.
- Time management skills.
