Candidate
The successful candidate will need to:
- Operate the telephone system and directing calls
- Meet and greet clients and providing assistance to customers at any point during their visit
- Maintaining stationary and office supplies
- Process orders from the website
- Process invoices and payments
- Responding to emails
- assisting in courier bookings
- Supporting sales staff ,assist with quotes, letters and emails as required
- Report to Owners and assist as required
Skills and Experience
- Previous Experience in a similar /Same role
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Sound Knowledge in Reckon (Training is Provided)
- Must be organised, proactive and articulate
- Someone who is willing to Learn and grow within the Company
- Experience working within a fast paced, high volume environment
- Experience working in a team collaboration and / or independently
