About the role
- This is a Permanent Full Time position, Monday to Friday based in Karawatha (South Brisbane
- Monitor and respond to both internal and external emails in a timely manner
- Print off all timeslot consignments from the inbound manifest spreadsheet to prepare to book in for delivery
- Work out futile issues and organise corrective actions to resolve for redelivery.
- Liaise with the team on the operational floor to help resolve issues with damaged and rejected freight.
- Use online booking systems such as C3, Inbound Connect, Mobile Dock, Descartes
- Book in deliveries via email and phone
- Raise pallets dockets for bookings in 2IC
- Create a daily handover sheet for the operations team to plan the timeslot bookings for delivery.
- Print and action all due and overdue connotes from the FID report daily.
- Must have professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- You must also have strong organisational skills and excellent time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- You must be able to work autonomously and also as part of a large team
