Job DescriptionThe role:
Permanent full time Administration Officer, flexible working conditions based in our North Ryde office.
Key duties include:
- Working closely with the Customer Relationship Manager and Admin Assistant
- Client registrations
- Assisting with Customer monthly reporting
- Assisting with meeting customer service level agreements
- End of month billing
- Assisting with allied health case management
- Liaison with Benchmark allied health staff
- Customer account management tasks
- Setting up group education session
- Other general office admin tasks as needed
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Strong history of excellent administration skills
- Can work autonomously, and use initiative to complete tasks independently
- Good problem solver and strong attention to detail
- Complex data management skills including understanding automation processes.
- Familiarity with health care roles, and patient care
- Familiarity with medical and allied health terminology
- Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Iinsight or other client management platforms, Word, Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with CTP is considered advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement
- Previous administrative work experience in occupational rehab or medical practice highly regarded
