About the role –
This vital administration role will support our national Property team with a range of administrative tasks. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, good relationship and organisational skills.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for;
- Managing high quality administrative tasks such emails, data entry and report generation.
- Providing support with financial administration and Projects.
- Scheduling contractors and liaising with service delivery to manage contractors onsite.
- Liaise with vendors in the management of compliance obligations.
- Support the team with the management of the preventative maintenance scheduling.
Our current property team are a high energy, responsive and supportive team who are looking for a like-minded individual with;
- 3 years’ recent experience providing administration services preferably property or facilities management.
- Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Experience with working in an environment that requires a focus on consumer needs and expectations.
- Confidence with Excel, Word, Email, PowerPoint.
- Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccinations or medical exemption
