Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our supermarket. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) software for financial transactions, data entry, and reporting.
- Assist Store owners and department managers when required
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Order and manage office and department supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration is required.
- Proficiency in MYOB software is essential.
- Must have recent experience using MYOB software
-Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the supermarket or retail industry is a plus.
