The Faculty of Health Science, Community & Social Studies at Holmesglen provides a progressive, innovative, and supportive teaching and learning environment with strong professional links and partnerships within the health and community services sector. The candidate will implement and coordinate the administrative processes and systems required for the effective administrative management of the Nursing department at the Moorabbin campus and ensure the provision of quality customer service to students, industry and other service providers. ABOUT YOU Substantial experience within an administrative position.
Diploma of Business Administration or tertiary qualification in business, administration, or related field and or administration experience Experience working with all aspects of office management and administrative operations in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. High level computer skills with ability to competently manage a broad suite of MS products.
Ability to work under pressure, in a busy environment with competing agendas, to ensure timelines are met.
