Administration Officer

Wardle Co Real Estate have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a Full-time Administration Officer for our office located in Wallaroo in the Copper Coast. The successful applicant will have ample hands-on training with our team, and this would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking at getting valuable experience in administration and Real Estate.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing administration support to Sales & Property Management teams
- Answering and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, greeting all clientele, assisting with enquiries
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Data entry
- Filing, mail and banking
- Responsible for office presentation
- Assist with preparation, co-ordination and proofing of marketing materials including the social media accounts
- Database management
Suitable applicants would need to demonstrate:
- A friendly, welcoming and positive attitude
- A strong sense of pride in your presentation
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Be well organised and have a proactive approach
- Punctual attendance
- Be well spoken and have refined communication skills
- Competence using Microsoft office programs
